Yes, I was using https://imgur.com/ for images. This is good to know.

To read lower resolution QR codes like this, instead of downloading them, I expand them by zooming in with my phone's browser and then take a screenshot of the zoomed-in QR code. Somehow, that usually works.

Fun level, with a fun ending (very cool effect), and a few different solutions. Normally, you don't want to cause a nuclear meltdown, but B uses it as a means of escape!

If you bang R with the draggable, you can trigger the meltdown without B. But using R+B is more stable.
