I make a level, upload image of QR-code here and nothing happens. Do I lose something before uploading image (regenerated) or is it a bug?

So, I found a way how to upload a level on my device. I'm using VPN and not on my general browser. I (surprisingly) uploaded level. Now I have another question. Why I cannot find my level anywhere on site, but in my profile I have 1 level?
Your first two levels are reviewed before they appear in the forum. After that, they will appear right away. I approved your first level, so it is in the Levels section now.
