There are already forum apps in Google Play .. search there for "XenForo". NB: i haven't used any, and from those who have, I understand that they tend to be glitchy and don't support all the features available to you via browser access.
A forum app will make things much better and easier... scanning levels could become directly online, without the need to download images! Even uploading levels could become more direct! Just think of all other features that could be added... So, surely YES!
