Okay, first thing, I'm going to assume that these forums are for Android devices only - when I tried to check the site in Windows, I got an 'invalid certificate' error, and couldn't get in. Secondly, I'm going to presume that to download a level, you have to scan the Q code - which in my case means downloading the image on my tablet, transferring it to my PC, then scanning it with my tablet (I refuse to get a smart phone). In any case, it's a fun game, sometimes a pain, and sometimes silly. I haven't tried making levels myself, but maybe I will at some point.
These forums are for any computer or mobile device that can access it. I access it through Safari on iOS. Others access it through whatever android browser is in use. I vaguely recall a cherry ice cream thing or the chocolate sandwich, or whatever they call their browser but it's accessible to them as well. It's accessible through Windows and Macintosh is well. The certificate error is bogus, just simply say "continue on to site", as it's not really an HTTPS site anyway. To download from your android or iOS device, simply tap on the image you want to download, to get to its main page. Use "save image" to put it on your device. Open Mekorama, click on the SCAN icon, it will open your photo library and you simply tap on the image you wish to scan into the game. I don't know how to do it from a PC, or Mac. But I think that's why you use the PHOTO icon to get it into your android or iOS device. Seems like a crazy step, when you can do it directly from your android or iOS device and bypass a PC completely. I hope this helps.
