 I don't know if anyone is experiencing this but whenever I open a new card to create a level the app auto recreate an old deleted level
No. when i click the "+" button that normally opens a new empty card the app brings back a specific old deleted card
I think that is a new glitch that @Martin Magni should be informed of. Although... if you ask around, I'm sure many creators would like to have your problem. It sure would make it easy to create various levels if a template could be made and started from each time. Worst case, in your situation, you can just delete the new (old deleted) card. If it really becomes a problem that you'd like to solve immediately, then the only suggestion I would have is for you to delete the app and re-install hoping that it will go away. A better option would be to try and observe any patterns and document as much as you can about your situation here for Martin, understanding, however, that Martin is likely working on a new game and thus probably has little time to devote to fixing rare problems in this one. Thanks for letting us know!
Hello All, A couple of months ago my 5-YO son pressed something on his tab and now all new levels are actually not empty - they have the set of red bricks and R's. How to reset the Mekorama's New level card into the empty one?
Ive had this issue happen to me thrice already. An old card I've made replaces the new one I'm currently working on. I think it happens when I have the game on pause or standby for long ( like if I leave my phone to get coffee and don't come back for a good ten minutes ). So I always make it a habit to save a screenshot of my levels even if they're not completely finished yet just so I have a reference if that bug happens again.
@mothproof - I believe you're experiencing the problem discussed in this thread instead: https://mekoramaforum.com/threads/app-bug-level-duplication-overwriting.291/ Although there may be some underlying common issues to the two resulting bugs.
Yikes. I had read that thread too. No wonder I was looking for the other replies I read before. Thanks.
I've found the way to resolve this - thanks to Martin - he told about the timestamp in the neighboring thread. Set the system time deeply in the future - I changed the date into 2020. Then create new level by 'plus' pressing and fully clear it. Store it by exiting to levels list. Then unload Mekorama and set the system date into the current one. Run Mekorama again. I had a glitch on startup (MEKORAMA startup screen for a couple of minutes), but the second launch was normal - and now all new levels will be empty.
