Hi, I thought it may be interesting to know all the different devices people are using to play Mekorama. Me, I play on a LG (Google) Nexus 5 running Android v6.0.1.
I'm using a MI 3 and an iPad Air 2. I usually use the iPad now, as my phone somehow randomly clicks everywhere (people call them phantom touches), messing everything up. I sometimes can't even unlock its screen
NVidia Shield tablet, Android 6.0.1. It has no issues with lag on even the largest levels. And I run Boinc in the background
I am using the iPad Air most of the time and sometimes a Samsung phone (Android). And the one thing I really miss is to be able to share the levels between them while I am developing them. That would obviously require a login and some storage somewhere on the cloud to store the levels. Does anyone know if that is a planned feature for some near future?
@Martin Magni is keeping everything about updates secret, so we don't know. It would be convenient, though
I have an Lg Tribute 5 with v5.1.1 ( budget phone) that i use most of the time. It does lag on some of the larger levels or levels with excessive zappers or r-bots. I also use an iPad Mini occasionally, but I've never even created an entire level on it before.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 on Android 6.0.1 for me. The stylus comes in very handy - for playing and for annotated screenshots. No lag, no problems. Unless you count the occasional X-Ray Vision as a problem.
Nexus 4 on Android 5.1.1 for me: Mekorama works fine and smoothly on it apart with some levels which have to many moving objects (such as a lot of balls) Asus ZenPad 10 for my kid: Not a good perf and lag often but still fine with most of the Mekorama levels. I have also a Galaxy Note 1 but it doesn't work for now. I have received it has as a gift to play with the hardware as the mainboard is broken. I am still waiting for a new mainboard from china which I will probably never receive because it seems to be lost on the travel... So I cannot tell about tests on it but I still hope that one day this device will work with Mekorama on it
Google Nexus 7 (2013) for me - bought it in February of 2014 and have no urge to get anything newer. Running Android 6 point whatever the latest is, 78% of the hard drive (so to speak) is still available.
I am playing mekorama on Lenovo K5, Android 6.0 and my brothers brand new phone is iPhone X. So it's working on two devices.
Currently using Moto E³ Power (Powered by Lenovo), Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). Had no trouble with this, even with heavy mechanisms level (Such as Bridge Builder, Track Sweeper, etc) with often little lag.
I using iPhone 10.2 (14C92), operator: Play 27.0, and that's all mine. (Hmm, long time ago been available update of iPhone to this time, so...)
