Here is a structure, you can make the fan rotate like crazy. My phone is out moded a little and it isn't able to do any frame-rate adjustment, In the case I can see a semi-transparent eight-vane fan spin slowly or nearly stop at the maximum speed.
Took a bit of work to get it started, but once it was going... wow! Fastest thing I've seen on mekorama.
