A number of good solutions here. The straight one would be to walk the platform either using or avoiding the sweeping arms. Another is to use the white area - down the stairs, around the corner into the pool area, swept up the last way by the arms. Both of them using either R to win or B to win (I did it many ways). Also, if the win corner is blocked by an R and you want B to win, make sure he gets a ball ride as quick as possible after the drop.
