Very good puzzle. You keep having to be aware of the wheel. The design is only functional.

Spoiler: I had this issue...

I saw the "hidden" draggable that is part of a mechanism. As I was not aware of the mechanism I pushed the draggable breaking the mechanism and getting stuck on the level. Here it is a print screen.
