I thought it was a 4.5 so I'll go 5 to bring you up. The last move is tricky and many will not get it. Thanks BTW, a recovery point at the end may have been nice so players could retry without doing the entire level even though the level wasn't long.
This is a really good level with interesting/challenging moves. I very much enjoyed the gameplay here. I do have to agree with @gmacpro though. With the difficulty of the last step a recovery point would have been a real boon. I had to start over 3 times due to ac miss on that step. However, the lack of a recovery point does not detract from how well done this level is. Super job!
