When I first seen your level I was shocked as I am releasing a level soon called 'Dial a Ball' and this level looked to be a similar idea. Mine is different. I'm not sure if I did it as intended as I only did slide tap slide tap. Spoiler I moved the horizontal slider out of the way. With the lift raised, I tapped the 2nd last stone block on the other side of the turn thing or directly above the lead in to the stairs. Lower the lift, B went around a few times and ended up at the stairs so tapped on the win.
Fits the title but ... Spoiler: shortcut? Had B autopilot off of the horizontal slider, then used it to knock B to the walk leading to the win. Nothing else required.
OK there are are the usual @Shroomir shortcuts but the designed solution works beautifully and it was a surprise where B ends up. One has to tap the correct block and be patient after the whirling stops.
My initial solution was very quick and I wondered why there are three balls, which I did not even use. However, the designed solution is pretty nice.
I see i was a bit hasty in making my comment as i have discovered my win was independent of the balls so is a shortcut. It does work well in a slow motion kind of way having more of a delay than the wins by @gmacpro and @Shroomir (that I should have read more carefully before commenting). Spoiler: Slow motion shortcut
