On my 1st attempt, the balls stopped flowing and only one bot was released. On my 2nd attempt, three bots were released but the game play was very limited. ie: pushing balls into a hole and tapping the win.

Original play (if balls don't stop exiting from pool, as sometimes happens!), simple and nice.
For a first level, it is easily playable with success, and mild interesting.
The unusual thing is, not to have any men in sight at begin, but only the balls pool and a pinball-like ball launcher.
The level plot is clear. You give 5 'cents' to have back three "pieces" you need to solve the level.
Shortcut from @delator77 is impressive, maybe you have some mechanism exposed inside dispenser, half under view.
Also, unintendedly, the B can go to win by himself without Rs involved.
Some ball exit also from dispenser, that could also be thrown to the win, but not much of a shortcut. Could stop these balls from exiting, eventually.
For aesthetics, starting from the back of machine, to me is not very best. You should better rotate it (maybe even using the Mekorama customizer web page - after all edits, https://mekostudio.com/customizer ?).
The parallelepiped incumbent, also, is justified by metaphor, but not full of mechanism. What about, to see the men in the dispenser panel? I don't dare ask selection buttons!
I give three stars because different from usual, mostly working, and as a push, to make some even better :).
