Spoiler: My solution

I noticed that the win was on a draggable so I simply dragged it out and then used Autopilot to send B to that spot while dragging the win back before he got there. Sure he got zapped, but the win was triggered.

Is there another solution I should try and find?

So having solved it the long way, I must say that the short way is much more fun despite being incredibly short. Judging by the above comments, seems that others agree that the short way was in fact the assumed intended way. The long way simply isn't much fun given the chances for B falling to the white space so easily. Cheers.
