Very enjoyable level and a great title. My win was only slightly different as I misinterpreted the title.

Spoiler: My win

I thought the title implied keep lowering the budgeable after raising it, so i kept it horizontal for a long time thinking the trapped ball would be important. I placed B on the rail of the budgeable to enable crossing to the first ball. Rest was the same.

I've been stuck in the last step because I don't know how to turn R. After several more attempts, I found the function of stairs. Excellent level. Every part of the level is fully used. The mechanical part is impressive. Thanks for sharing.
