Easy when you've got what to do. Push the Rs to change their trail loop, and climb over them to reach the spot, or, maybe easily, force an R to hop over one of their friends. Elevator could help to make a duet, here, but is not strictly necessary. Then make duet climb it on and you're done.

I almost dropped another star for the little to no game play. The randomness was huge and one could play the level for hours and never win or in 5 seconds.
