Welcome to the forum. Your flooding isn't going to impress many other authors whose cards were pushed off the main page. I played this level as it was your 1st post and you put some effort into making the level but 90% of the level had no game play and wasn't required. Push B across the water and go to the win looks like the intended game play - hence the rating.
