Yes, that's a small probability event in the video. Most of the time, a turn or two can get all stars.

I tried playing it again in the latest version, and it doesn't work. is this a bug?

Yes, I can't get this to work either. The video shows B climbing the merry-go-round and then, in very rapid succession, tapping by the bottom of the stairs and tapping on the star. Well, I can't tap on the star. Too bad -- it's a very cute effect.

Now version 1.5.5 is out, but I still can't tap on the stairs.

@Buurmas update on 1.5.5 motor does not move if attached to the white area.
