I gave it a go and won but the constant fighting to move the sliders was very annoying - too bad they weren't smoother to make the level much more enjoyable.
Five stars for the puzzle,less one for mechanisms instability. I recommend you to fix the level uploading it again. To not enjoy it would be a pity

Cool idea. When I first began playing around with it though, I pulled down on the mechanism and it went right over the misaligned rotators and triggered the win.
