Manual Zipline

No tricks required. Just be conscious that R

Spoiler: R movement

• Cannot pass through a path where a block obstructs R's eye. Note that the metal zipline works the same way. HOWEVER, YOU CAN MOVE IT. R will be able to walk afterwards.
• Cannot pass through a metal pillar UNLESS R comes from a downward stair.
• Can push the balls on top of the rail-stair combination. B cannot

Superb level. Plenty of logic regarding ball push order and the interesting zip line.

With my gameplay one of the balls is not essential to be pushed, just saves some time for B.

But hey it’s a ball-pusher level

Hold your every impulse! Push as least balls as possible, that's the solution. Liked the logic in this level.

Here is a video of what i think is the designed gameplay, although B got stuck between blocks that wasted 30 seconds.

Well, R hits a ball that is then pushed by the wedge/draggable. So I used the path that ball creates to get B to join R instead of the slider next to the win block that you used.

I've just managed to tweak some blocks in my app that will render @ridgerunner 's solution not possible but since the ball order is still the same despite making one ball unnecessary, I'll just keep the level as it is . I've just realized that it's still fun to discover possible solutions anyways. Thanks again everyone! I appreciate all your comments!
