hazy end

Very challenging level so far!! I have no clue what I'm doing and I'm not getting too far. I don't see how to get the ball to drop into the mechanism? Even if I did, I see no way to get to the end but I see how to do the end. I think there is too much going on to see the way?

Just to clarify - Ball - Mechanism - pillarR will not go up there due to the pillar. B can't due to the inset stairs. R can and will but R doesn't hit the ball. Hint please?

i put B onto squinty rotatable then dropped him other side and walk to vertical draggable.. i have just wedged B over the winblock but he doesn’t seem willing to fall onto winblock.

@gmacpro the mechanism is easy, everything after that is not. I have no idea what to do next

i autopiloted B onto the pillars of the rotor (at the start) then dropped the ball near zapR, went back and dropped the ball to release R. Then autopilot off the wall and simply walk to the lift to the upper ball, drop it into the mechanism. Don't forget to bring PillaR. I locked him into the mechanism so i can cross the bridge by walking over him. After that, i have no clue

Either big red herrings or i won by shortcut, but it didn’t feel like a shortcut win. So i am not sure how to rate it till i know the designed solution.

I did win with a very small, fair shortcut, and now i see the secondary use of R. Overall i think there is one big red herring.

@ridgerunner - I seen no need for them either. How did you get the ball for mechanism?

@ridgerunner - @Sculron - I'll be dam__d - B walks across inset stairs? A closer look from another app and they are not inset stairs only appears there are - Thanks - Now I'll continue.

I give up - the level is starting to annoy me as the mechanism works and then it doesn't and then the R ball falls off and then the mechanism ball stops and then something else over and over. I can't see what to do even if it worked so I'm done.

Thank you for analyzing this level. Of course Zapper was not a red herring! That was the main move.
Of course, your method is also acceptable to solve this level. I had two solutions for this level, one of them was the original solution.
The main method is to put Zapper on the first ball and with B to hit ball to Dropping zapper in other side and continue the action.
and about mechanism. Of course, the mechanism is rarely stuck.

@hadi - We may not need a video solution but a hint to get us going on the other side. There is a lot of open space and with 2 R bots lots of potential moves but if you can't see it then you can't action it.

@hadi ... looking forward to see how you make zbot turn left. Can get B over but not sure how to get him back either.

Have now also won utilising zbot.
Should have realised that the gameplay of the two solutions is fairly similar and that some bots are interchangeable.
