Go under the elevator to be safe, then, before all, move all rings to make them lay on same plane.
Then, avoid getting the elevator when the Rs are approaching on the rings, take it when they are near and are going away. When come up and they are away, being sure to follow the R trail to avoid their spike, move up to the notch of the second ring to the third, then slowly rotate the second ring to straight, until B loses contact, and falls over the win spot.
