Goody Two Shoes

Sometimes B is a good little bot, while other times he needs help from a friend to break the rules. (ball walking needed)

The win is based on the one demonstrated by @Fendi Rahardian and his level "Keep Walking" (https://mekoramaforum.com/media/keep-walking.20608/), and also expanded upon by @EL797 in the comments for that level. Any block directly above the win must completely fill the cubic space above the win, or it won't trigger it.
      ball walking
"Goody Two Shoes" is a song from the British punk-pop singer Adam Ant, originally released as a single, but later released on his debut album "Friend or Foe" in 1982. The song is heavy on the drums and horns, and at the time got a lot of radio play, coming in at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100. Cute and interesting.

First time for me as the First Rater! Another excellent level. Nicely designed to allow for cooperation; coordination necessary at specific locations. Certain logic tp prevent blockages. Liked it.

Surprisingly longer than what I expected :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Nice gameplay! The difficulty of the herding is somewhere in between. Not too hard, not too easy.

I like the length and the herding in this level!

So gooood, :D:D:D! Really great mix of running around and planning ahead.

'Goody Two Shoes' must be B because he goes where you ask him to, whereas R stubbornly goes his own way, :rotf::rotf:.

@P_simorf Herding isn't one of my favorite things to do, so I try to keep it to a minimum, or make it obvious. I've played levels where if you don't herd R / P / Z at the right moment, you can lose the level.
    • D.S.Masters
@Jom Yeah, B tends to cooperate...

@delator77 About the only part of the design that I don't like is that upper ball that B needs to hit... it hides the one underneath it, but it was a last minute addition, replacing something that wasn't working.

Here it is. This logic lv is hard enough for me but fun to thinking and solving this one. I like it. Also saw some block types didn't trigger the win, too. I hope to see that can playable in future.

      ...
      u wont realize
      where winblock is,
untill all the balls already pushed.
its like just follow the flow...
    • D.S.Masters
@Sun Eagle The zapper is the easiest one to use, as R can step on it to trigger the win. Other blocks... not so easy.

      ...
imitating your gameplay is too hard
      @D.S.Masters ...
making level with tricks is way easier
      than logic labyrinth like yours...

—ALMOST all of the aspects that make a great level were achieved. Everything makes sense and pleasant to look at. Well-balanced gameplay, logical, refined, and the "look" and feel of the level are consistent.

Who needs highly sophisticated mechanisms when gameplay design is too extraordinary?
    • D.S.Masters
@laurence.gr There are people out there with an even better sense of design than me... but I'm working on it. ;)
