I agree that the visual with the mix desert and water blocks is wonderful. I didn't thought first this level as difficult until... Spoiler The red herring! I have spent times trying to find THE trick That's my reason for the fifth star. After a reboot I thought about the possible alternative third way on the rotate path. Bingo! To me it's not a new trick as I already meet it in a custom build, but it's a great use!
Nice and clever puzzle, beautiful design with the desert look and the stairs. I had to restart the level and when I caught the hint it was great! Excellent level!
