Claustrophobia. When R climbs on B, tap on the same stairs where B is standing and he'll move to the side.

How to go over those stairs before the win?

Autopilot. Tap on the stairs at team end of of the top platform and when B is crossing over the slider, drag it down.

How to get to the win?

Springboard stairs. Tap on the stairs next to the win, then on the stairs before and quickly on the win.

Yes I did it! A bit annoyed with that slow moving R at the beginning, but after that passed, everything (the mechanisms, tricks, game flows) becomes enjoyable!
