I had to go with a 4 because if the whole level was up one row then the letters would rotate nice and smooth. B won the 1st time by walking around the outside and getting on the "E". The 2nd time, B did it as intended but B could have done the slow rotate on the "E" as you didn't block the top.
@gmacpro Suggestions are always useful to improve. I have transformed Don's level into "chinese garden". Check if there are other loopholes.
