Nevermind, I got it. I didn't... Spoiler ...think outside of the square, and kept considering the draggable where R starts, which is essentially useless. Great puzzle!

After having so much fun with Cooperation 2, I had to try this one out and am I glad I did. A wonderful puzzler. Spoiler: More comments I too did not use the ball for anything. I read the spoilers after playing and I can see how it could be used to get B to the second stage. I simply used the two ground floor draggables, the first to spit B out and then the second to autopilot onto so that he could walk up the parallel stairs. Were those two draggables included as backup should people fail with the ball? Again, a very nice idea to have R help B if that was the intention. The only other part I struggled with was at the motor as R would sometimes kick B in the head and knock him off the platform. All together, beautifully crafted. Thank you for the play!
