i tapped the desination step then tapped step again just before B got there-same timing as TOA trick. Are referring to something different?

Nice level! I think I liked it especially because of how neat it is in the use of the trick since once you pull it there really isn't much puzzle left...
But as a small demo/level, it's quite fun! Thanks.

@ridgerunner What I'm trying to say in the spoiler is... do a slow double tap when stepping on the stair. Not too fast because tiptoe won't work.
