Brief and straightforward, but i liked the fact that the water was not obscuring the level as often happens.
Many thanks to my friend and mentor, @Don G Rowe, for his guidance, inspiration, and patience. His level-creating talent is equalled only by his inventiveness. And, perhaps, his tenacity! Thanks, Don!
@Ítalo Sorry that i was cut off in mid sentence Italo. I'm really glad that you found Over Water relaxing and enjoyable. I want all my levels to be fun! I really appreciate the 4 star rating, too. Thanks for playing!
@ridgerunner Thanks, for playing my level and for your remarks. Im still trying to get away from linear, I think Over Water is a strep in the right direction. Thanks very much for the 4 star rating.I hope you enjoyed playing!
This was so linear I started off without even knowing where the win was. I did the auto pilot not even knowing where the win was and it was the right move... This wasn't your best design and the title was accurate but the water didn't do much for the level. Sorry....
@gmacpro Thanks for being straightforward with me, Gmacpro. I appreciate the honest evaluation of my level, this is the sort of thing I need to know in order to make better levels. For instance, I thought that Green Mile was linear, because there was no puzzle element. The same with Mini-Marathon, but its saving grace was that delightful dive. So, I really need that honest critique. Thanks for playing, and 3 stars us better than 2!
@chemi Hi Chemi - thanks for playing my level, and I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for your kind remarks, and the 4 star rating! (Just saw that my tab decided to name you Chemical. Stupid thing!)
My experience with the level is completely similar to @gmacpro. But I'll add one star because why not? Thanks.
@ridgerunner Hey RR - thanks very much for your comments, and particularly the one about not obscuring the win path. Ill hang on to that gem, I something obscure it on purpose, so this piece if advice is useful. Thanks for playing, and for the 4 star rating!
@ADM Thanks, ADM, anjd the extra first?or "why not" is great! I love your reasoning! I really thought this level was harder than than most of my levels, but im learning some very useful things about difficulty! I will apply them to my next level, which is about half done. Im afraid to post it because its somewhat repetitive (using elements I've used before).. Anyway, thanks for playing, and I hope you at least enjoyed it. What do y'all thing about reusing pieces of older levels? Im interested to know!
@GFJ hi GFJ! you use the word "surprisingly" when describing your reaction to this level. Do you mean that it was easy compared to my previous levels, or just in a general sense? Thanks for playing, and the interesting comment - please let Ms know about the "surprisingly" if you have time. Thanks, too for the 3 stars!
