Whoops - I found a shortcut. Since I was having troubles seeing the way I started looking other ways and came up with this.... Spoiler: Shortcut Herd P to knock over the zapper mech, herd P into the slot with the two stone pillars, as P enters, B gets on lift and goes to the win.
Then B got to the win from the other side but didn't use the ball in the center? So I'm not sure what the intended way is but I've won two different ways.
Interesting puzzle albeit that I probably have not solved it in the designed manner. I ignored the zapper and used only two balls.
