Not a fan of the bot on rotary stuff. But other than that a nice challenging tricky solution. The start with B can be shortcutted wirh claustrophobia.
Started same way as @Block builder and the rest was nice manipulation once i picked the correct eye to use.
I won even faster than @ridgerunner as when I rotated the motor with R on the fence, R became unstable and hit the win. I'm glad you had the video to show me I found a shortcut but I attempted your intended method without success. The zapper got B before climbing up a few times and B always fell off the fence to the surface on the rotate. Too much ability for me I guess.

| So tricky. I did ridgerunner's shortcut at first but the weird-looking rotatable does the job pretty well enough to win as intended.
