You have got me stumped with this HP level. I have won but have not dropped the third ball so definitely not the designed solution. Will try again to tomorrow.
I have completed as designed but I still feel i have not fully understood the complexities of the level. Sometimes claustrophobia works and sometimes not. It is the first time i have felt that way in the HP series. So congratulations to @Shroomir for confusing me. My win without the third ball happens when B appears from the centre of the level on the step beside the winblock. He tends to shoot/jump out and with encouragement, a midair tap on the winblock does the trick.
