Minor Ninth

Was doing okay until B fell off about halfway across The key movement was nice but didn't entice me to play until I won.

Is there a specific arrangement of the sliders based on a musical score?

As a keyboard player, that title should be Minor Seventh, but unfortunately B fell too much and moved on to other chords.

As a Piano and Organ Player it belongs to my Training not just to know the Intervals but also to hear them and I'm sure that this is a Minor Ninth. And I'm sorry that the Arrangement of the sliders is Not based in a musical score but thank you gor That Idea.

what an effort . This level could be devised in such a way that the players are able to move the keys based on a pattern, a score maybe, or something like that (and provide it as a hint). And if you do, that would be entertaining.

Yes. From the back of the keyboard, I have to look at it in a reversed manner and compared the keys I pressed to this reversed image:

We have a piano at home that's why I'm quite familiar with its keys.
