I thought on first glance that the horn of the horned(curved rail) draggable must be a part of the solution. I did manage to get B and R separately on to it but could not win with it. Changed tack and won but had a lot of trouble with the second of R’s block climbs.

I still have not succeeded to solving this level
need some help and hint

@hadi, i guess a clue i can give is that you'll be using the slider with the curved tail a lot of times to push and carry, etc.
