The solution is not too straight forward. The balls fly all over the place without intervention. Have fun.

Win within 20 seconds by using just 1 ball. Awesome.

I'll call this level 'Red Herring' or I found a shortcut.

Drop the ball and push it down the tower to get B to the win. The rest of the level isn't needed. Pushing the ball down wasn't easy.

Intended way or shortcut?

I'm pretty sure the intended solution is to use the first ball to smite the zapper on the lower level.

@Akira Wong, @gmacpro I was aware of this shortcut at the time of design. I actually tested it myself many times and since success rate is rather low, I decided not to change it because it's obviously not the intended solution
