I'll give you guys some help. Spoiler: 1 Look at your surroundings, you should find the hint. Spoiler: 2: Not very helpful. Where is the hint? Look at the roof. Spoiler: 3 The hint ONLY makes sense for English speakers. Spoiler: 4: MAJOR SPOILER AHEAD You have to think in terms of money.
This reminds me a lot of a level I have just played from @nGord. I am assuming similar mechanics, some similar thinking but different riddle. I believe I can read the "hint" properly but I just want to confirm. Spoiler I can read 3 letters, is that correct?
I don't want you to! I actually haven't read the MAJOR SPOILER yet. I want to see if I can solve it just reading the first 3!
I finally solved it! I wish I hadn't read any spoilers. I think at some point I would have guessed what the hint was on my own...I was a bit anxious to solve the level. I really like it though. Good job!

This is one of the best riddle-like levels I have played. It does take a lot of thinking if one does not read the spoilers. I wish there was a bit more to do at then end, but I enjoyed it.
