Mega City 1.0

I can't see a way to reach the steps leading out of the central tower. I can enter the bottom entrance in the water but can't see a lift up.

@AHKM1383 Hi! I've started playing the level and I have a very strange feeling. I've been playing this fantastic app for nine years and have played thousands (literally) of levels, barely remembering any of them, but I'm almost certain I've played and completed this level in the past. Am I dreaming, or could it be that you uploaded this level a while back? What a mystery.

The stars are quite hard to find but that added to the challenge . I didn't push one of the balls.

Considering the levels surrounding this level, it must have been released in November 23rd.
