I learnt my lesson and had all the stars !

Whew! There isn't much room for error on this one! After a few tries I figured out the configuration needed, but even then I still I had three runs where B got to the final star just a split second after the ball hit the win block. I eventually captured all the stars, but it was close.

And I liked the timing mechanism - the stopwatch

I love this kind of stressful levels & this was a very fun one with a tight timing.I also really liked the countdown mechanism, very original.You earned my 5 stars. Thank you @trb

Here's the configuration that will allow B to run through the red building:

After you get through the red building, the sliders on the top need to build a path from the stairs to the final star. So when B starts climbing the stairs you can move one slider to complete that path.
