It's like B has a protective shielding around. Whoever comes too near will get punished by the revolving wheels which can also hit B himself! Didn't need the trick listed to gather all stars and didn't remove the zapper budgeable though.
I can get 4 out of 5 stars but the one down the side of the middle is almost impossible to hit. I noticed that once the star on B's head is taken, the wheels go right up to B, flying him around and making it very difficult to steer him. Edit: just seen the trick needed, which would help! Also B got stuck next to the steps and wouldn't move so I had to restart. Very interesting effect!

Due to the chaotic effect I think there are several ways to take the stars... I like a lot this Meko-magical effect too ... thanks @EL797 great innovative Meko-work!
