Very tricky for me to solve . I couldn't touch the upmost star anyway but others, sorry .

Let R step on L 's head.Let L step on B's head.

Bring R to the highest position.

Although I am (almost) sure my way is not the intended cause I did not use all the elements, I managed to complete the level so I can say I am satisfyied... but it would be nice see your intended solution movie ... thanks @韩国庆

I gave up after freeing R, he gets stuck at one point and B can't take the star over the eyeball. No idea how to move L. As @delator77 says we need a video solution!
