Very interesting and unusual design. Very cool first move with the boat - loved it! But then, in my opinion, something is wrong in my gameplay. I have tried many times to use your bottom mechanism but it always jams. Or perhaps it will work earlier than it should. In general, I do not really understand the correct gameplay. Here is my quick win:

@Denis Nazin correct, except for the

which can be catched via the ball on ground

I tried and tried to implement a mechanism that triggers the fall of the tower star, but wasn't able to create it stable. In the end I kept the mechanism for irritation.

Very interesting level start with the falling drawbridge that made me think B had to start in that tower...then I thought that boat looked lovely and what an enjoyable way to cross the river (had not read the description).
The timing on the 2nd AP was just as exciting as the first one. Thanks so much and great to see one of your Creations again
