4 stars was normal, the last star under the roof was strange, cannot walk there, may be out of level area. Then suddenly worked, very strange, I don't understand, but finished it. Good fun game!
Unlike @Curious , i didn’t find a way to walk to the star attached to the roof but managed to capture all the stars. Liked opening up all the pieces.

At first it looked like a way too intimidating traffic puzzle but went back to it and spent some time enjoying the smooth moving blocks. Able to capture the star on the roof with a bit of a slide
