@Ray Aznable That motor is always stopped for me. I believe it's supposed to be stopped (for symmetry, but the gameplay is different there). Notice the block under it is different.
... @cimarronline i took a peek on that rotor, i saw there is hidden dragable block connected to metalblock below that rotor thats why its not rotating. really need patiency at the start not to push nearest ball too early... played this level again n again. very unique... deserve an aesthetic movie...
