Here are the steps:
①P must push 2 balls and then stuck somewhere.
②Try to save the highest R.
③R should walk on B's head.
④Save the last R.(This R will go to the end)

You say logic level, but looks like tricks are required (?).

well,the central draggable has two functions:
1- with B raise the draggable & R would be released &
2- when that draggable is up B & R can climb or go down a brick

Fun long adventure, although nail biting at the end as R took three attempts to get through to the finish.

@delator77 thanks for listing the tricky parts. I still have no idea though haha. But don't take the trouble to make the movie. I guess this level is out of my brain's scope.
