Enjoyable short level but there is a more direct win. Spoiler: Shortcut with the ball having been pushed and held by the draggable as in video, B placed on the cylinder does a simple autopilot lift to stumble over the rail onto winblock.
I'm certain this level was posted before as I remember some of the auto pilots from the previous video. My first win was like @ridgerunner's method and my 2nd win was done without the ball. The move was tricky but doable as you can see from the video. It works best if B is facing towards the fence as B must turn to get on R giving you a little more time. Spoiler: 2nd way

Actually I know how to ride B on L but I forgot to apply it, fortunately there is a video of the solution, and riding the ball goes in all directions so you have to be careful. Done
