Superb level. My gameplay was different but i had the same brilliant finish. I used a different bot for the star above the fence.

My first two squeezes of R resulted in R going the opposite direction from video so i changed gameplay .I got B behind R by B stepping onto the one-way draggable and raising the first draggable very quickly so that the zapper is not pushed out. I had R get the star above the fence draggable, with B standing next to the fence so that R has to turn back. I used the term “waste” ball for the ball that rolls away after it moves and lets the step drop..

What a challenge this was, this took me 2 hours to reach all the stars. Watched your video, got the 2nd star a bit different (earlier).
