Thanks, @cimarronline, for the tip. Spoiler I do wonder whether this is the intended method, as the Half Pillar on which the ball sits is oriented as though the ball is intended to fall the other way. And, even with this move, it took me at least half a dozen attempts before the ball landed in the right place. @AJX's mechanisms are usually not trial-and-error, so it would be nice to know the method he had in mind.
@Neophyte actually it works when you enter the tower, spin it so B gets moved and bump the ball to rails then to the hole..
My friend, I really love your levels. This level is also very interesting. I like the logic of the sequence of actions. But! Unfortunately, there is a serious problem - the ball does not budge as you intended. I have tested over 10 times. When spinning, when running fast, from different sides - the ball does not roll! I was able to win but I can't rate it because for most players it's an impossible level. By the way, I can not understand why the ball does not roll . But it is there and you should have noticed it when testing.
I have had pretty good success with @cimarronline 's move, so I'm grateful for that. It's funny to see B doing a flying headbutt. I'm not sure I would have discovered that move on my own, but once you have it, the level is not too difficult and some fun. Perhaps like @Denis Nazin , I haven't gotten the spin move that @AJX suggested to work, alas.
LOL -- after I wrote that, I wondered if I would have to eat my words, b/c then I couldn't get the move to work for quite a while. In the end, I concluded that this level, the way I'm playing it, has three moves in a row all with subtle tricky timing. Spoiler: Three Tricky Timings I couldn't do @cimarronline 's move if I pulled the platform in immediately after tapping on the metal stair. I had to wait just a bit after tapping. You have to get the timing just right to get the flying headbutt effect so that B really clobbers the ball. If B taps it softly, it will roll the wrong way due to the orientation of the stone half pillar as @Neophyte noted. (I never figured out the intended solution for this move.) After I bumped the ball, I pulled the platform out soon after. If you don't have the right timing here, the ball will roll out of the upper right hole in front as @ridgerunner noted. You obviously want it to roll out of the lower left hole. To get B to fall down off the platform, I had to pull the platform in rapidly. If I pulled it in slowly, B scooted up onto the metal stair. That move is needed in many levels! But here you want to defeat it & make B unstable. These are things that some players get right naturally (by luck) and others do not. So, yeah, the gameplay ranges from touchy to impossible. But that just highlights how many great levels we've gotten from @AJX that do play so well. I attempted to demonstrate all of this in my video as best I could. I did discover one Easter Egg that reminded me of a Mortal Kombat finishing move. Spoiler: Video Solution
@Buurmas thank you,and what a nice review,I haven't understood my level before. Lol thanks for the support..
@Buurmas about the falling move, its easier if you have moved the towers rails that stop the ball in the way so b is supported and won't climb to stone stair.. Ohh and mortal combat move, well:
Ah, of course! That prevents the scooch up the stairs and makes the fall stabler as well. So it looks like this move can be done stably.
Very interesting palace with lots of Secrets. Too bad that one ball is so sticky as it ruined the Elegance of the whole level. Thanks for the hints and tips from everyone
