All your ideas are very interesting! Thank you. This is a short level and a free element is a bit naughty, so 4. But I really like the idea. Thanks!
Regarding the ball, i cant' seem to reach it. I think there is a very specific style of using the bridge and L bot either doing the move early or late, as the bridge malfunctions the more it is used.
@Propesyonal, yes, that was my biggest sticking point as well. For me, the key was realizing that Spoiler moving the bridge is not as tidy as I thought & less stable than I'm used to. Spoiler: Moving the bridge Instead of having one or two bots right next to the bridge and pushing it over neatly one space at a time, I had one bot two blocks away from the bridge and banged it over somewhat violently to knock the bridge over hopefully the right number of spaces. My other sticking point was how to use the L bot. Which ended up being related to my first sticking point. Anyway, some interesting and unusual moves.
@Buurmas yes. The L bot seems to counter the flow of the game. It maybe a very surprising move required or the level isnt solvable really. the author seems to not respond to anyone or check how his levels are doing. no video spoilers too.
@Propesyonal i know, idk how to make video here but your doing it correctly as it its pretty hard sometimes..
@Propesyonal, it is solvable, although I wondered the same thing for a while (but @Denis Nazin and @delator77 appeared to have solved it). I'll see if I can edit & post a video with my gameplay. Later: here it is: Spoiler: Video Solution @AJX, I'd be interested to know if your intended solution differs from that. Thank you again for sharing all your levels!
I use XRecorder for Android to record videos. There may be a better app -- that's just one that works for me. From there, you can make cuts and upload to YouTube using the Share feature and then post a link to your uploaded video on this forum. Personally, I edit the video in a video editor called Olive before I upload to YouTube so that I can add commentary, but I'm a bit unusual in that regard.
@Buurmas wow. Just as i suspected. An unorthodox move. I have been doing a two [ both bot] squeeze in those places. As a thought a very surprising move is required. To me that was like a brute force to push it 2 blocks away instead of 1. Thanks for showing.
@AJX, process of elimination! Using mostly trial and error and some logic, it was the only sensible solution I could discover. Spoiler: Far Corner Star Either B or L can get this. I started off with B getting it but then L had nothing to do at all in this level as B couldn't easily herd L anywhere after that point. I doubted that you would have bothered to add an L bot that had no purpose to a level like this. Spoiler: High Star It was impossible to herd L up to get this b/c it was impossible to herd L onto the draggable block that allowed access to the stairs. And even if I succeeded, then what? B wouldn't be able to get on the other side of the movable bridge to bump it. So I concluded that B must get this star. Spoiler: Ball's Star I was pretty confident at this point that there was no way for an L bot to get to that ball. So B must get it. Spoiler: Finishing Touch So, I knew what I needed to do -- get B to the ball. But I stared & stared & couldn't figure out how. Same problem as @Propesyonal . I finally guessed the "banging bots around" approach based on (1) the fact that many of your levels have "ability" elements where you have to move the draggable at just the right speed and (2) many of your levels have less stable & unusual moves. Oh, and finally the Buurmas Rule of solving Mekorama puzzles: Re: the free movable, there might be a way to put this on an underground track to make its movement more stable, but I'm not sure how well it would work in practice. Tracks like that sometimes have trouble with friction.
Tricky one to figure out especially with the limitations of Lefty herding. Thanks for the VS @Buurmas ...it was the hint I needed. My B fell off the budgeable a few times until Lefty used more finesse in his shove
