bullet time

@cpw - I initially had this buried in three different levels I worked on, but ultimately held back because I thought I has hidden the principle too well. I don't think I've really seen it explored much, if at all.

I was reminded of the idea when I was recently doing Ultimate Mini Tower by @Astral_Mage, so I'm posting this small example just to get the idea out there.

You made a good use of the technique, very innovative!
