There are two levers that need to be pulled one is next to the hole next to the blue bot another under the blue bot
I had given up on this level but saw a hint had been given so tried again. Success but it was still hard to find and move draggable even with the hint.

@Torobot1 Spoiler when you open the card you can see a blue Z,right? well,juat beside him is a black square/hole...there is a hidden draggable that moves a block so B can go down and win... hope my explanation can help you
