Your levels never cease to amaze me -- the crazy things you can make work! You're one of my daughter's favorite level creators.

My suggestions:

1. Try to go to https://studio.youtube.com/ on your phone. Hit the Create button to upload. This might be pretty hard on a small screen.
2. Upload to some other free cloud storage app like Microsoft OneDrive or Dropbox. Download to some other device (desktop computer? tablet?) you might have that can access https://studio.youtube.com/ or the YouTube app.
